John 3:1 Now there was a Pharisee named Nicodemus, a leader of the Jews.3:2 He came to Jesus by night and said to him, "Rabbi, we know that you are a teacher who has come from God; for no one can do these signs that you do apart from the presence of God."
3:3 Jesus answered him, "Very truly, I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God without being born from above."
3:4 Nicodemus said to him, "How can anyone be born after having grown old? Can one enter a second time into the mother's womb and be born?"
3:5 Jesus answered, "Very truly, I tell you, no one can enter the kingdom of God without being born of water and Spirit. 3:6 What is born of the flesh is flesh, and what is born of the Spirit is spirit.
3:7 Do not be astonished that I said to you, 'You must be born from above. …………………………………………………………………………
Once upon a timeless moment in the titanium palace of Heaven the king was mulling over a spark of light. His servants tiptoed around him, his counselors were similarly occupied in the deep depth of quantum physics. “What should we do this spark of light?” the King asked. “I want to sent it downstairs, to Earth, but how we will keep it alive?”
Counselor Michael said that we have to put it in a protective shield, like inside an egg. But we have to fortify the walls of the egg against any harm. Let us put it in a diamond shelled egg. Diamond is harder than anything on Earth, it is practically unbreakable. ”
“Let us try it”, nodded the King. The spark was wrapped in a diamond egg. During the long night on Earth the spark had been seeing its own multiplied reflections inside the diamond shell, so many of it, that the vision drove it almost crazy, not knowing which one is the real spark, and which one is just a mere reflection of it.
During the long day on Earth the sharp beams of the Sun penetrated the diamond walls of the egg, and the spark disappeared from sight, being scorched from head to toe. Finally praying that oh my King, I beg you to take me back, because unbearable to live here.
Then Counselor Raphael said, that “we have to put the spark into a golden shell. ”
The Golden Egg descended so unfortunately that it fell exactly into an active volcano, called Kota Kinabalu. Inside of the shell everything became like the molten lava choking the spark to death.
Counselor Uriel then said that we have to use the steel of Derbent, famous of using the pure iron ore from meteorites, fully resistant to corrosion. The Iron Egg descended from Heaven so unluckily that it fell right into the Atlantic ocean, close to the coasts of the Falkland Islands. It sank immediately to the bottom of the sea, where the darkness is so thick that even the spark, delivered by angels was not able to penetrate it nor ascend from the deep.
Finally, counselor Gabriel said that let us put the spark into a living egg with a fragile shell. The spark descended from Heaven to Earth into a living body of an egg, and fertilized it.
The egg is flesh and bone and blood, the spark is the spirit from above. When the spark falls into a fertile field, a new beginning starts in a new being, the child of the heavenly spark within the eggshell. What is born from the flesh is flesh, what is born from the Spirit is the child of the Spirit.
We humans, regardless of our biological gender, we all should bear a child in our heart, whose growth is similar to the parable what Jesus said that "Behold, the farmer went forth to sow. As he sowed, some seeds fell by the roadside, and the birds came and devoured them. Others fell on rocky ground, where they didn't have much soil, and immediately they sprang up, because they had no deepness of earth.
When the sun had risen, they were scorched. Because they had no root, they withered away. Others fell on thorns. The thorns grew up and choked them: and others fell on good soil, and yielded fruit: some one hundred times, some sixty, and some thirty."
The Spirit child inside the heart eats up the living egg around itself, converting the physical energy into spiritual energy. When we feel that decade after decade our body is weaker and weaker, slower and slower, and oh God, it aches almost everywhere, then we have to know that it is a warning that the eggshell does not last forever. Pain in the flesh, in the bones, pain everywhere. It is like a race. The spark-child, growing under our heart, must be ready to be born, once the eggshell brakes apart.
The body grows older by every minute and every hour, and we have to be very aware that we have to grow in spirit in an exponential rate by every minute and every hour.
The spark-spirit-child must be born inside, otherwise just as Jesus warns everybody that "Most assuredly I tell you, unless one is born of water (of repentance) and the Spirit, he can't enter into the kingdom of God!
The aged Nicodemus could barely comprehend how it works, as he asked Jesus that "How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his mother's womb, and be born?"
Nonetheless, this is the only way, that we have to conceive the spark child from the Spirit of God, and we must be born again, as our own spirit child, born from God.
That is exactly what the Gospel of John implies by saying about Jesus that “as many as received him, to them he gave the right to become the sons / children of God, to those who believe in his name: who were born not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God”.
The eggshell was designed to protect the spirit child bearing person until the time is given, after that the shell must fall apart, it must be broken, otherwise the soul with the spirit child can not ever leave the body, which does not last for ever, anyway.
Thus, we have to be conscious how to lead our lives. If we care for only the well-being of our bodies, which endeavor actually a duty, as it aims the security of the body dwelling soul, however, if we care for only the body, then, at the time when the body fell, the ungrown structures of the unborn spirit child and the soul will die together with our body.
It is mysterious, but it is accurate, when Jesus taught about the second death, which is the death of the soul declared by the heavenly judgment in the Afterlife, he warned the disciples that “Don't be afraid of those who kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul. Rather, fear him who is able to destroy both soul and body in Gehenna.”
Our souls must be born again, or rather we must give birth the child of the Holy Spirit in our hearts during the earthly life-time in order to gain the life eternal. Just as Jesus said: “For it is My Father’s will that everyone who looks to the Son and believes in Him shall have eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day.”
May the Lord’s name be praised for ever, who gives eternal life to the holy ones.
